The following is my check-in for Fit Mommy Friday. It is hosted by Denise. This is a way for many of us to encourage one another, to share our progress and to meet our own fitness goals. When you visit our blogs and read about our week, would you take a minute to share an encouraging comment?
Here's my week:
Evening - Heavy cleaning while wearing ankle weights.
I doubt I did anything.
I don't recall.
Evening - Amy (15) and I did push ups and sit-ups.
Morning - I managed a 7 minute workout!
Late morning - wore ankle weights while cleaning.
Afternoon - Amy (15), John (13) and I jogged around the property several times.
Late evening - tons of heavy housework.
Morning - 30 minute workout with light weights.
Nutritional Accomplishment- I had whole wheat, lettuce and cucumber sandwiches several times this week. (Failure - Must I mention all the horrifying soda I drank?)
Fitness Goal: To have strength and endurance. I do not have any weight to lose, but need to keep my energy levels high and avoid eating too much sugary, junk food.
