Tropical Traditions- Palm Shortening - Giveaway

Product - One Gallon bucket of Organic Palm Shortening.

Company - Tropical Traditions.

I use shortening all the time to make my homemade biscuits.  I have been using regular vegetable shortening, but this is much better!   Tropical Traditions Palm Shortening has a light, creamy consistency and I didn't notice a scent, which was nice!

It was very easy to measure out and made our biscuits taste extra delicious!

This enormous gallon bucket will last a long time.  The expiration date on mine is for a year from now!! My only problem was figuring out how to open the lid. I had to have one of the children do it for me. (smiles)  It takes a little bit of muscle, which I don't have. But this is coming from a lady who has trouble opening doors for herself!

Palm Shortening can be used for deep-fat frying and baking.  You can make an old fashioned cake, fry up some donuts and much more.

Would you like a chance to win your very own gallon bucket of Organic Palm Shortening?  I have one available for a giveaway. All you have to do is leave me a comment, telling me what you would make using the Shortening.

I would love to try this! I use butter for pie crusts but this sounds like it would work better.

I use palm shortening all time time - enter me! My child is sensitive to soy. I use it in baking, when I make icing for cakes and cupcakes, sometimes I brown food in it.

I'd use the shortening to make tortillas, yum!

I have a cookie, biscuit and tortilla recipe that I'd love this for. I'v been using butter in two but don't make tortillas because I have no good lard and I don't like shortening at all. Please enter me.

Please enter me for this. I would use it in pie crust! I love pie, but don't use hydrogenated shortening, so this would be perfect.
