The following is my check-in for Fit Mommy Friday. It is hosted by Denise. This is a way for many of us to encourage one another, to share our progress and to meet our own fitness goals. When you visit our blogs and read about our week, would you take a minute to share an encouraging comment?

Here's week 44:
Monday - Rested
Tuesday - 10 minute workout in Morning - target toning without weights.
Wednesday - Early morning at my daughter's house - 10 minute workout no weights.
Then briskly walked all over two airports.
Thursday - Walked everywhere.
Early Morning until late afternoon - briskly walked all over airports carrying heavy luggage.
Evening - Did a ton of housework and grocery shopping.
Here's week 45:
Monday - Did a lot of cleaning and errands. Forgot to do any specific exercises.
Tuesday - More errands and cleaning - no exercise.
Wednesday - Heavy cleaning. Forgot to exercise.
Thursday - 2 hours of heavy cleaning in the morning. Walked in the afternoon. Forgot to do a specific exercise.
Friday - Plan to workout for 10 minutes.
Fitness Goal: To have strength and endurance. I do not have any weight to lose, but need to keep my energy levels high.
