| 1950's - The White Family Kitchen |
The above photograph is a vintage image of my mother-in-law's home. This was her kitchen table with pretty white curtains in the background. I believe this was taken in the 1950's. She had the table all set for a lovely gathering.
In those days, families ate healthier, home cooked foods. Convenience foods had not yet come into fashion. Families were also very active with work, chores and outdoor play. It was an ideal time. I want to bring some of this back. Would you like to join me?

Edited update - December 2011 - This program was discontinued when I had computer problems in July of this year. Tea Time with Annie Kate has taken over our original Fit Mommy Friday program and is doing a wonderful job.

I would like to participate--I have been reading your other Magazine and enjoying that--this will help me focus more on recipes and such for myself, too!
