I have joined with 9 other bloggers to encourage our readers to get a head - start on their fitness before the New Year.
Starting today, and throughout the month of December, we will be blogging every Friday with updates on our progress. We are all at different levels of health and fitness and look forward to sharing this adventure with you!

With Christmas coming, all the holiday foods can make us feel guilty. We want to work through the month with a strong commitment to staying on track with our health goals. By the time New Year's Day comes along, we will already be doing great and feeling motivated!
