One Day Only - Book Giveaway

Matthew Paul Turner has a BBA degree in business music. He is the former editor of CCM magazine, and has written for Christian publications. He lives with his wife and son in Nashville.

Turner has written a book about his remembrances of growing up, craving fame in the Christian music industry. His insights and stories would entertain those who are interested in the Christian music scene.

In one section, he explained how he used to secretly watch Star Search because his mother wouldn't allow him to see the program. He talks about the variety of standards and beliefs among different denominations he witnessed as a child.

In Hear No Evil, Turner gives you a glimpse into his journey into the professional world of music.

I have one copy available for a giveaway. I will be hosting this for only one day. Would you like to win a copy of this book?

Favorite kind of music? Can I just say we are really eclectic? We listen to contemporary Christian music, bluegrass gospel, Celtic, classical, a little country, some rock, and many styles in between. Johnny Cash is one artist we all enjoy, but I'm not sure which style to place him in. :)

My favorite kind of music is contemporary Christian. I also enjoy listening to the old hymns. We almost never listen to secular music, although there are some secular musicians that I like. I just don't want my kids exposed to many of the lyrics that secular music contains! Thanks for the chance to win this book!

My favorite music contemporary Christian. My daughter would like to read this book--she will be majoring in music in college next year.

We like a little of everything around here, but you will find the car radio on either classical (me) or contemporary Christian (all of us). My son has us all listening to the Beatles lately, which is fun!
