The Bridegrooms - Book Review and Giveaway

Book - The Bridegrooms by Allison Pittman

Publisher - Multnomah

Four sisters grew up without their mother, who abandoned them when they were young. They live with their Father, who has a medical practice in his home. The cook, Molly, is an Irish character who keeps the story lively.  A baseball team, The Bridegrooms, somehow gets involved with the family and all of a sudden, the girls are surrounded by prospective suitors. The story is full of action, secrets, and intrigue.  There were portions of the story that were a bit confusing for me and I had trouble getting into it at first. Somewhere in the middle of the book it grabbed my attention and I had to know what happened in the end! This is a Christian -based book and has discussion questions in the end. You will also find an author's note briefly explaining the background of the story.

I have great news! How would you like to win a copy of this book? I have one available for a giveaway. All you have to do is leave me a comment.

The winner will be randomly selected on Thursday, April  29, 2010. You must leave a way for me to contact you. If I am unable to reach the winner within 24 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

This contest is closed.

The winner is:  Amanda Werling!

*Disclosure: This book was provided by Multnomah for review purposes.*
