Autumn Scenery in the Vermont Countryside

Autumn Scenery near Mrs. White's Vermont Home.

I had an early morning errand today. I went to my daughter's house to babysit and have a brief visit.  On my travels, I stopped to get some video footage to share with you.  I wanted you to see the Vermont countryside at this time of year.

If you are receiving this post by email and cannot see the video (below), please go directly to the blog to view.

I hope you enjoy the scenery as much as I do! Thank you for watching!

What I love is the opportunity to see another part of our country. We on the West Coast see a different type of Autumn. Ours is beautiful too but in a different way.
Funny that the people from California asked if they could take the beautiful leaves as souvenirs!
Vermont is very beautiful!

I would LOVE if we didn't have billboards! This scenery is gorgeous! I love the wide open spaces. I'm so glad you shared it. Funny about the tourists - yep, we only have a few trees that change here. I seek them out on my walks. Your trees are almost done changing, whereas ours are just beginning. Ours will be done in January, usually, where I live.

Thank-you, Mrs. White, for taking the time to record and post this lovely video. Vermont is breathtaking! And your sweet, gentle voice commenting makes it feel like we're there:)
It's interesting how different areas of the country have their own unique beauty - God is so creative! Enjoy your autumn day!

Oh how nice...I enjoyed my visit there in beautiful Vermont. Your voice is so sweet.

Out here in the country we have no billboards and I just love that too, it makes life so much more peaceful.

I subbed to your youtube videos so I won't miss any.

Enjoy your autumn! I too love the leaves swirling down! : )

Such a beautiful area that you are blessed to live in and it is so sweet of you to share the beauty with us.

I went and watched a few other videos of yours, how very wonderful.

That is beautiful! I have only been to New England one time, and that was during the month of no beautiful fall foliage to be mesmerized by.

Blessings to you,

Thank you for sharing! My husband and I LOVE Vermont. My husband always says his favorite activity is to sit in the park at the center of Woodstock with autumn leaves falling all around him.

This year we went to Vermont in August, and went to southern New Hampshire instead where the leaves were also spectacular!

Very nice...the grass is so lush still. The foliage is beautiful. I have a special place in my heart for Vermont for it is where my husband and I were married.

Thank you so much for sharing the northern part of your beautiful Vermont, I have always wanted to visit Vermont in the autumn.
The Veteran's memorial park was so lovely, and special!
I especially like that no advertisement signs are along the highways, they can be so distracting.
Such a beautiful post you have shared.
Thank you for your visit and lovely comment.

Thank you for a beautiful look at autumn there this year! When we lived in NY we often took trips upstate and through New England to see the beautiful fall foliage. Autumn is my favorite season and I am happy that our new home in Colorado also shares a beautiful fall!

I think I remember you mentioning in your blog last year at this time that Vermont has no bill boards. What a wonderful idea!!!! I wish all states had that law, with or without the beautiful autumn leaves!
