We can learn a lot from those wise mothers who lived with such grace! :)Just Mehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09512279885499148837noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4718905863879655459.post-58647024749115605092011-05-18T13:01:37.418-04:002011-05-18T13:01:37.418-04:00Hi Mrs. White,

I love my kids with all my heart, but they just don't stay little and innocent forever, do they? I've had to learn to accept them as they are and sometimes that means just praying and waiting. My oldest went through a goth stage---Thank God it seems to be over!
Thank you for the reminder that I'm in good company .Laura in AZnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4718905863879655459.post-59979968966142064392011-04-16T00:27:05.074-04:002011-04-16T00:27:05.074-04:00Dear Mrs White,

I just wanted you to know I have been praying for you because I know my mom worries about my brothers and I even though we are all adults :) I had a chuckle when you said you live in a time warp because I am right there with you even though I am only 27! I love listening to big band/swing music and collecting antiques. I think it has a lot to do with spending a large amount of time with my grandparents growing up and hearing about " the good old days :) ".
Blessings!
Sarah L.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4718905863879655459.post-70808327689936606182011-04-12T10:45:47.245-04:002011-04-12T10:45:47.245-04:00Dear Mrs. White,

She lives with us so it is too easy to be monitoring her moods and difficulties. I try not to interfere and give my opinion but it is so hard. At times I make myself ill worrying about teeny tiny little problems she has.
Love your blog and I hope everything works out. One of the things that I am weakest at is stress management and you have just reminded me that we can just choose to be calm and in charge of our domains.
