We have been so blessed by your prayers, support, kindness, and help with the medical condition of our patient. This is for one of our grown sons who has a long-term chronic illness. (He was diagnosed during the pandemic in 2020.)
For those who have asked for a way to help with our ongoing expenses, we have set up this page.
Medical Trips:
Since all of his medical bills are covered by insurance, our only need is for travel. This is for the cost of lodging (in another state, where he receives specialized care) and travel expenses. The patient is not able to endure these long trips without stopping to rest at a hotel. These medical trips are to see specialists, have tests and procedures, and receive treatment.

Latest Update -
(Last update was August 14, 2025.) Current update: December 10, 2025.
Our patient has been on a new treatment plan for the last several months. After a few serious issues that needed emergency care, and a great deal of procedures and tests, the patient is managing well. His ongoing treatments occur at regular intervals throughout the year. These are helping him tremendously!
A medical trip has been scheduled for this month (in December) for his treatment. We have been able to manage the cost of several of these trips this year. This month, it seems a little more difficult. Your prayers and encouragement are such a comfort to the patient!
