My Observation:
Designed for Students in Grades 4 through 12, this is a challenging book. The puzzles are designed to provide practice in logic and algebraic reasoning. When I looked at the first page, I almost panicked. (smiles) It requires some serious thinking and analyzing! Here's some good news:
1. The answers are in the back of the book. You can also use these to discover how each puzzle was solved.
2. You'll find "10 Balance Tips" which should be read first, before trying to solve the puzzles. They provide an excellent introduction, and a guide, to help you complete the puzzles.
3. There are a total of 39 puzzles. This is quite a challenge. If you can take the time to solve these, your critical thinking skills will be drastically improved!
