Carapelli olive oils are made in Italy from the finest Mediterranean olive groves. I have been using their products for many years. They recently came out with an organic version. It has the same great flavor as the original and works beautifully in my recipes. I mostly use it when making pizza dough, drizzling over whole grain sandwiches or pouring a little over freshly made tortellini.
